5 minVCU vs. Saint Louis Prediction: Can Gibson Jimerson, Billikens Get Revenge Against Rams?
Don’t let the Billikens get hot! It might be too late, as Saint Louis’ offense has finally started to show up at the tail-end of the regular season. They’ve covered both of their last two games with ease, putting up a combined 188 points on the road at St. Joseph’s and La Salle. Will the Billikens keep their momentum flowing as they return home for a matchup against one of the A10’s best?

VCU vs. Saint Louis Prediction
This is a serious let-down spot for the Rams. They’ve been playing some of their best basketball of the season recently, winning four of their last five games including a win against Dayton. If VCU doesn’t take Saint Louis seriously tonight after already destroying them earlier this year, the Billikens will not only cover this game, but win outright. Their offense has looked borderline dangerous over the last week…
Let’s not forget that Gibson Jimerson, one of the Billikens best players, only scored 2 points against VCU earlier this year. Why does this matter? Well, Jimerson is from Richmond, VA, and I’m sure he wants to put on a show against his hometown team after dropping a dud a few weeks ago.
Jimerson won’t even have to be the Billikens No. 1 scoring option on Friday night. Sincere Parker is starting to find his groove after missing about a month of the season. The junior has scored more than 33 points in each of his last two games. Right now, this Billikens offense is looking like the team we expected before the season, playing some of their best basketball over the last week or so.
Ride the hot hand and back the Billikens on the spread tonight. Not only is this spread hilariously short, but less than 20% of bets and handle are currently backing Saint Louis on both the spread and moneyline. With all this money pouring in on the Rams, it’s a great sign for Billikens backers seeing the reverse line movement on this spread. Bet the Billikens before the spread gets any shorter; I’ll meet you at the cash counter.
