A trip to the Final Four is on the line.
If you told people a month ago that Clemson and Alabama would meet with a trip to the Final Four on the line, nobody would believe you outside of the fans in Tuscaloosa and South Carolina.
This matchup looks more like a National Championship football game than an Elite Eight matchup.
Clemson has been an underdog in all three of their games in the Big Dance.
The Tigers were a 2.5-point dog in round one vs New Mexico in a game that they dominated from start to finish.
Clemson followed that up with being a four-point underdog vs. Baylor in a game they controlled from the tip.
Most recently, the Tigers were 7.5-point dogs vs. Arizona. Once again, Clemson controlled the game from the tip.
It has been an impressive run for Brad Brownell's program, regardless of the result tonight.
The Tigers have not reached the Final Four.

Hofstra transfer Aaron Estrada has added 13.5 points and 4.7 assists.
Senior Grant Nelson was the star of Thursday night with 24 points, including some key shots late.
