Michigan vs. Oklahoma Prediction, Pick Against the Spread, Latest Odds

The Michigan Wolverines and the Oklahoma Sooners will clash in a battle of two marquee programs on Wednesday Night with Charlotte, NC as the site for the highly anticipated matchup.

The Wolverines pull into this game with a record of 8-2, exceeding expectations so far and earning the team the 24th ranking in the nation.

Following a disappointing campaign last year, Michigan fired head coach Juan Howard and inked a deal with former FAU bench boss Dusty May. May has brought an impressive resume with him to Ann Arbor, including his trip with FAU to the Final Four.

Michigan has won seven of their last eight games, with the lone loss in that stretch coming by just two points against Arkansas.

Michigan vs. Oklahoma Prediction

FAU transfer and Michigan C Vladislav Goldin leads the team with 12.5 points per game. Meanwhile, junior Roddy Gayle Jr. has averaged 12.3 points and 3.3 assists and Yale Transfer Danny Wolf has added 12.3 points and a team-high 9.9 rebounds.

As a whole, Michigan has averaged 80.5 points per game so far.

Their opponent, Oklahoma, comes into this contest with a perfect record of 10-0 that's earned them the rank of 14th in the nation.

A win tonight would be the biggest of the early season for Oklahoma, as their only ranked victory in this early campaign came over the Arizona Wildcats. Oddly enough, like the Wolverines tonight, the Wildcats were the 24th-ranked team in the nation going into that game.

This season is an important one for head coach Peter Moser given he's missed reaching March Madness in all three years as the Sooners' head coach.

Despite putting up a solid 20-12 record last season, it wasn't enough for Oklahoma to reach The Big Dance.

The Sooners are most recently coming off an 80-65 win over rival Oklahoma State.

Senior Jalon Moore leads the team with 17.5 points per game. In addition to Moore, freshman Jeremiah Fears has been outstanding. The OU guard has posted 16.7 points and a team-high 4.7 assists per game to date.

Dayton transfer Kobe Elvis has been the Sooners' third-best contributor on the season, adding 10.3 points and 3.9 dimes per game.

Oklahoma has combined to average 81.5 points per game.

Michigan vs. Oklahoma Pick

The Wolverines will bounce back after a tough loss against Arkansas. Dusty Mays's is one of the more underrated teams in college basketball this season and Oklahoma has not been tested to the level they'll be tonight.

Michigan matches up well with this Sooners team and will roll to a comfortable cover tonight.
