Kentucky vs. Tennessee Prediction

Both teams have been locked in during this tournament, playing some of their best basketball at the right time. This will be their third meeting of the season, meaning both sides know what to expect. The key factor so far? Kentucky’s shooting. The Wildcats have consistently outshot Tennessee from beyond the arc, knocking down threes at a high rate. If they stay hot, it will be tough for the Vols to pull away.

Tennessee, however, has the defensive edge. They are a more physical team and have the ability to disrupt Kentucky’s rhythm. Their defensive pressure could pose problems, but even with that, Kentucky’s offense is clicking. They’ve looked confident, moved the ball well, and created open looks. If they can control the tempo and avoid long scoring droughts, they should have no problem keeping this game competitive.

With the spread sitting at +5.5, Kentucky looks like the right side here. They’ve proven they can compete with Tennessee, and unless the Vols completely lock them down defensively, the Wildcats should cover in what projects to be a close battle.
