Jon Jones vs. Ciryl Gane Prediction
On paper, this could be the best matchup of the UFC season. It has been a couple of years since Jones fought, but that does not change the fact that he is one of the best fighters the sport has ever seen. Jones brings in an overall record of 26-1, and he will look to add to his hall-of-fame resume tonight at age thirty-five. This will be no easy task, however, as his opponent is one of the best fighters in the sport at the moment.
Ciryl Gane represents an overall record of 11-1 and would love nothing more than to pull off an upset in prime time. One thing to note is that this will be the first fight for Jones in this weight class. It will be interesting to see how he adjusts in this fight tonight.
I am going to back the dog and take the value on the money line with Cirlyl Gane. We have never seen Jones fight in this weight class, and with all the time he took off, I know he will come out tonight and fight like the Jon Jones that we have seen. I think this line should be a pick ‘em, and the line here is too good to pass up on Gane.
