Rizvan Kuniev vs. Tyrell Fortune Prediction

Kuniev is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Jailton Almeida, neutralizing one of the division’s most dangerous grapplers while producing the cleaner work on the feet. That result followed a competitive split-decision loss to Curtis Blaydes in his UFC debut. Before joining the promotion, Kuniev earned a first-round stoppage over Hugo Cunha on Dana White’s Contender Series.

Fortune won his UFC debut by unanimous decision over Marcin Tybura, using his wrestling, physical strength and forward pressure to control important stretches. He entered that matchup following three consecutive stoppage victories, including a quick knockout of Tony Lopez. His most recent defeat came by first-round submission against Sergei Bilostenniy during the 2024 PFL playoffs.

Fortune’s decorated wrestling background gives him a path to keeping the fight competitive, but Kuniev has already shown excellent takedown defense against Blaydes and Almeida.
