4 Minute ReadCharles Johnson vs. Eduardo Henrique Prediction: How Will Henrique Perform in UFC Debut After Limited Preparation on Saturday Night?
Johnson enters as a slight -122 favorite, with Henrique available at +102. The matchup came together only days before UFC 330 after Jose Ochoa withdrew, leaving Henrique to accept his UFC debut on just four days' notice at a 130-pound catchweight.
This will already be Johnson's fourth fight of 2026. He suffered a first-round TKO loss to Alex Perez in January, bounced back by beating Bruno Silva via split decision in March and then lost to Asu Almabayev by a rare Suloev stretch submission in the third round in June.

Charles Johnson vs. Eduardo Henrique Prediction
That 1-2 stretch has been frustrating, but Johnson remains one of the division's most experienced and active competitors. His current 19-9 record includes victories over Joshua Van, Lone'er Kavanagh and Silva, and constantly competing has kept him accustomed to short turnarounds and changing preparation windows.
Henrique is far more accomplished than the typical four-day replacement. The 30-year-old is 15-2, previously held the LFA flyweight championship and defeated An Tuan Ho by unanimous decision on Dana White's Contender Series last September. He also appeared on The Ultimate Fighter, although the Contender Series victory was not enough to earn him a UFC contract at the time.
The preparation gap is still difficult to ignore. Henrique had no normal camp designed specifically around Johnson, while Johnson has gone through a full UFC camp even though the opponent changed. That matters against a veteran who pushes a high pace and is comfortable fighting through three rounds.

At -122, there is no need to chase a more complicated prop. Johnson has lost two of his past three, but those defeats came against established UFC opposition, while Henrique is making his debut on four days' notice. The short price provides an opportunity to back experience, conditioning and preparation without laying heavy favorite odds.
