We've got a Top 25 matchup on our hands in Week 2. The Ole Miss Rebels will take on the Tulane Tulane Green Wave in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Rebels defeated Mercer, 73-7, in an early tune-up game against a non-FBS opponent. Meanwhile, Tulane took it to South Alabama in a game many analysts pegged South Alabama to win. That didn't come close to happening. Tulane earned a 37-17 victory at home against South Alabama. That win against South Alabama makes this game more intriguing, especially after Tulane knocked off USC in last year's Bowl matchup.

Ole Miss is set at quarterback. They've got three legitimate options. If anyone goes down, Ole Miss will be prepared.
It'll be Jaxson Dart's team. The quarterback added 18 completions on 23 attempts and threw for 334 yards with four touchdowns.
Behind him was Oklahoma State transfer Spencer Sanders, who threw for 134 yards and two more touchdowns. And then behind him was LSU transfer Walker Howard, who threw for 56 yards on three-of-four from the field.
Meanwhile, the run game is led by Quinshon Judkins. He earned 13 carries and ran for 60 yards while adding two scores.
It's easy to get excited about the potential of this offense. But Tulane will be an actual test in Week 2, compared to Mercer in Week 1.
On the other hand, Tulane added a convincing win against South Alabama. Michael Pratt added 294 yards on 14 completions. He added four touchdowns and threw no interceptions while averaging nearly 20 yards per pass.
The Green Wave don't have a lot of weapons in the passing game. They only found five players in the entire game. But four of those five players earned passing plays of at least 33 yards. The depth might be shallow, but Tulane's playmaking ability is high.
Tulane only had eight third downs on offense. But they went 4-for-8 in those spots. The penalties were high, and the turnovers were also high. However, the defense earned five turnovers, while the offense gave up three. Therefore, Tulane still won the turnover battle by two.
The Green Wave also added 436 yards of total offense, while South Alabama only added 265 yards.
The Green Wave outplayed South Alabama in every single quarter. The offense is no joke. Look for Tulane and Ole Miss to trade blows in Louisiana.
