This is, without question, the game I am the most excited about this weekend, and I'll be there in person to see the action take place. Lane Kiffin and the No.15 Ole Miss Rebels are heading to Tuscaloosa for a clash with SEC West rivals Nick Saban and the No. 13 Alabama Crimson Tide. This Rivalry has gone on for a century but really seen some fire in the last twenty years; with Saban and Kiffin coming off their closest duel yet in Oxford last year, this is a highly anticipated contest for both sides.

Ole Miss vs. Alabama Prediction
The Rebels were 7-1 heading into the Alabama game last season and had them on the ropes in the fourth quarter, and they just couldn't get that final score to finish the job. They then went on to lose four of their next five games amidst controversy over Lane leaving, among other things.
Since then, however, things have been strong in the Sip. Kiffin is here to stay. The defense looks great under Pete Golding, and the offense led by Jaxson Dart leads the SEC in PPG. Golding has been at Alabama the last few seasons, so he knows Saban just as well as Kiffin does; these guys want to knock the old man off.
With that said, this is still a home game for the Crimson Tide, and Alabama hasn't lost to the Rebels at home in seven years. I know Saban will have these guys ready despite the poor play over the last two weeks, and I expect the focus to be a great defensive game plan. The Quarterback controversy is a genuinely problematic issue I expect the Rebels to try to exploit; in turn, if Jalen Milroe continues to make mistakes, he can help the Rebels by his own doing.
I know this is a road game for Ole Miss, and the last time they were there, things didn't go too well, but if you are going to do it, now is the time. You have the play callers on your side, a much better defense, and a strong offense, and the other squad is without a true QB1. Ole Miss fights tooth and nail here and might take this game outright if they don't do something stupid to lose it.
