One of the Friday Night Light games I want to dive into on the gridiron tonight takes us to Salt Lake City as the Brigham Young University Cougars are hosting the Cincinnati Bearcats. I do not understand the line movement here. BYU opened as the favorite on the spread and is now laying points and I am all for it, the wrong team is favored here and I am ready to take advantage of it.

The Cougars are coming off of a brutal back-to-back road game trip against a ranked Kansas Jayhawks team and a SEC squad that is always challenging for anyone is Arkansas and won outright as an 8.5 point dog. They fought tooth and nail in the loss last week against a very good Jayhawks team and I still love what they are showing me. They have been superb inside the rezone with points on every trip and 12 of those trips ending with six.
The home field advantage will play a factor for a squad that rides into this wanting to bounce back and finally playing back in front of their fans. On a similar note, the boys just put on a show the last two weeks on the road and the fans should be ready to show out as they tend to in Salt Lake City. Emory Jones has thrown four picks in his last two games with zero touchdowns and this offense has been one of the worst inside the redone in all of FBS ball so far thus season. I love this play and think we are getting a steal here.
