Well we got burned on that football game last night but college ball has been treating us well this year and I am ready for some Friday Night Lights again this week. We have some really strong matchups with legit heavyweight schools playing tonight including a ranked Pac-12 clash that we are going to dive into right now.
The No. 19 3-1 Oregon State Beavers will host the undefeated No. 10 Utah Utes tonight in what I expect is going to be a great ball game. Despite holding the better record and higher ranking, home field advantage definitely seems to be playing into this line as the Utes are a four point dog here tonight with Oregon State sitting just shy of -180 on the moneyline.

Utah vs. Oregon State Prediction
I love Utah, I think they are a phenomenal team with some potential to make real noise this year but I just cannot back them in a tough spot here. I think this squad has been tested this year but the offense is much less dynamic with Nate Johnson under center.
I do believe the Utes defense is legit but they have a really tough task in Oregon State tonight. They have not faced an offense this dynamic yet and the Beavers run the football exceptionally well.
If the ground game is rolling between the dynamic duo of Damien Martinez and Deshaun Fenwick, the Utes will not be able to send the dogs as often as they like to and the defensive line will have to lighten up on the pressure a bit.
I am not a big DJ Uiagalelei fan but I will say he has looked better this year with the Beavers and now has some big game experience. Oregon State is coming off a loss in a big game with Washington State, I like them to avoid dropping back to back games here.
