Well this should be one of the best games of the weekend for a variety of reasons. The Red River Rivalry and clash of undefeated titans in the Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Longhorns (both 5-0) will commence tomorrow with a neutral site game at the Cotton Bowl Stadium. This has been one of the best rivalry games in the last two decades and there is a lot of motivation to go win this one.

Oklahoma vs. Texas Prediction
This is the last meeting between the schools before they join the SEC next year and I am sure final bragging rights in the conference is a nice incentive to winning. Oklahoma has had a weaker schedule thus far but at 5-0 averaging just shy of 50 points per game at 47.4 PPG.
Despite their success they are still ranked outside the top ten in the AP Poll but a win this week would undoubtedly change that. They had dominated the Longhorns in the rivalry over the last hand full of years and were on a five win straight streak heading into last years clash before they got slaughtered.
Texas got the sweetest revenge in a 49-0 shutout victory at Oklahoma last year and embarrassed the Sooners on their own field, in front of their own fans. With Texas ranked third in the country the motivation as the underdog to go into enemy territory and knock them off is a driving factor.
Texas is sitting right around 40 PPG but that is because their defense has been so great and they have not needed a lot more than 40. I expect Quinn Ewers to open up the throttle this week in a high scoring affair. The clashes between these two squads have seen an average of 76 points per game since 2016.
