Ole Miss was involved in a thriller last weekend against LSU and got a much-needed upset victory over the Tigers by a score of 55-49. Will they have the same type of success against Arkansas tonight? Let's break it down.

Ole Miss vs. Arkansas Prediction
Ole Miss-LSU was an instant classic last weekend as Ole Miss erased a nine-point deficit with less than nine minutes left in the 4th quarter and scored the game-winning touchdown with less than 40 seconds left to take the lead for the final time. In that game, Ole Miss was able to put up 55 points, as I mentioned earlier, but they were also able to put up over 700 total yards of offense... you read that correctly. 706 total yards of offense in a game against a top-15 team is nearly unheard of so the Ole Miss offense was cooking and firing on all cylinders.
Even more impressive is the fact that Ole Miss did not commit a single turnover in the game, and they have only one turnover across their last three games. Jaxson Dart has really come into his own as a great passer and is very capable of making plays with his legs. How in the world will Arkansas stop this high-powered Ole Miss offense? The answer is they aren't, but I don’t think Ole Miss is going to stop Arkansas either
While Ole Miss did have an incredible performance on offense as they put up over 700 yards and 50+ points, they also allowed LSU themselves to put up 49 points and over 500 yards of offense in a really poor showing on defense at home by the Rebels. We saw Arkansas go into LSU a few weeks ago and put up 31 points of their own and they held LSU to 34 in that contest so Arkansas actually did a much better job at defending LSU than Ole Miss did.
Another thing Arkansas does really well is get pressure on the quarterback, as they are ranked in the top 25 in the nation in sack percentage on defense. I believe this Ole Miss offensive group is due to some negative regression in the turnover department. I mentioned earlier how they only have one in their last three games, but I fully expect that to change against the ball-hawk defense that Arkansas has. I was on Arkansas +18 1/2 when they went into Death Valley and faced LSU as it was a great spot for the Razorbacks to put forth a great effort and they came through for me, and I think this is an extremely similar spot on the road against Ole Miss here tonight.
This is a prime letdown spot for the rebels after their hard-fought and emotional home win against LSU last weekend, and I think this line is a bit inflated because of their impressive win last week against LSU. With that being said, I am rolling with ARKANSAS +12 at -110 for 2U as one of my MOST CONFIDENT College Football Plays of the Day for today’s action.
