We are back with some Wednesday night MACtion, as we have a pair of games to combine. The 7-3 Buffalo Bulls take on the 8-2 Miami (OH) RedHawks in Oxford, in a clash where the RedHawks are looking to potentially clinch.
In the other game this evening, the 5-5 Central Michigan Chippewas travel to Athens, Ohio for a battle with the 7-3 Ohio Bobcats. I am not going to dive too deep into these ones, but will just throw a few nuggets at you guys to let you know why I like the spot. Both squads are poised for success and I like taking some points out of the equation.
Buffalo vs. Miami (OH) Prediction
This Miami team is legit, especially for the standards of their conference and they should take care of business here tonight. They are strong on both sides of the ball and I expect senior veteran starter Blaine Gabbert to lead his squad to a strong home victory here tonight. Miami is 5-2 ATS in their last six home games against Buffalo.
Central Michigan vs. Ohio Prediction
While Central Michigan is respectable at .500, they are not playing for anything this season at this point, while the Bobcats still are. Ohio has just two conference losses, and rebounded well last week from the home loss to Miami Ohio the week prior. They are the better team in this spot, and I assume they have vengeance on their minds with the opportunity they have at hand. Central Michigan has taken the last four straight meetings between these schools, this is Tim Albin's chance to get back at them.
