Kentucky vs. Louisville Prediction
I was impressed with Louisville's resilience in a tough road game last week at Miami and they took care of business, it is that simple. Kentucky treats Louisville like the little brother school in the state constantly; the Wildcats have taken the last four straight meetings between the schools but the Cardinals have the better team this year and they know that. This is their chance to put a win back on their side of the ledger, stay in the New Years Six Bowl conversation and get some sweet, sweet revenge.
Louisville's defense has been spectacular this season and should cause issues for the Wildcats who have not cracked 27 points since week four against Florida back in September (and I believe there were defensive points for the Cats in that game.) I love getting this short number here.
Florida State vs. Florida Prediction
The second game I want to dive into makes us to the swamp as the Undefeated Florida State University Seminoles are visiting there in state rival Florida Gators. This game might be low scoring now as it will be a battle of backup quarterback after both Jordan Travis and Graham Mertz have been ruled out. Florida is going to battle hard with a chance to win at home to end the season and to spoil FSU's CFP hopes but I just think FSU is ready and will be prepared for this one. Taking Florida up is an interesting way to look at it as well but I have no faith in Florida's quarterback.
