Boise State vs. UNLV Prediction

Boise State’s offense has thrived this season, driven by Heisman candidate Ashton Jeanty, one of the best running backs in the nation. While Jeanty has been unstoppable, racking up highlight performances week after week, UNLV's defense has proven effective at stopping the run, ranking 14th nationally in this category. Despite that, Jeanty will still have his moments tonight.

The real opportunity lies in Boise State's passing game. UNLV’s secondary has struggled all year, allowing 250.2 passing yards per game—among the worst in the country. This weakness sets up perfectly for Boise State’s top wide receiver, Cameron Camper. Camper has been a reliable weapon, accumulating 811 receiving yards this season as the clear-cut WR1. He’s been on fire lately, surpassing this line in each of his last three games with totals of 92, 72, and 73 yards.

In a championship game, where UNLV’s defensive strategy will likely focus on loading the box to limit Jeanty, Camper is in an excellent position to exploit their secondary. Expect him to see plenty of targets and opportunities to clear this line.
