Los Angeles Rams vs Buffalo Bills Prediction
These are two top teams entering the year, and this should be one hell of a football game. The Rams are the defending Super Bowl champions after beating the Bengals last year. The Rams had a lot of hype around them entering the year, and they answered the call. This was a team that clicked on both sides of the football all year long, and now the question becomes, can they do it again? Well, on paper, the answer is yes. This is a team that looks like a top-three roster in the NFL, and you would think they come into the year playing with supreme confidence after winning a Super Bowl in February.
The Bills come into the year with a chip on their shoulder after a tragic playoff loss to the Chiefs in January. Everyone knows exactly where they were when that game ended, as it is considered one of the best playoff games in NFL history. Josh Allen is now considered by many the top QB in the game and will look to show why this season starts on Thursday. Buffalo got even better in the off-season, especially on the defensive side of the football, inking a contract with former Ram Von Miller. Miller will look to win his third Super Bowl with his third different team this year.
I will be backing the Bills on the money line to kick off the campaign. This is a weird line, in my opinion, and one that screams Buffalo. Maybe we will see a Super Bowl hangover in week one, but the fact that the road team is laying 2.5 here is a bit off to me. This started around a pick ‘em and has continued to move in favor of Buffalo. Some of that is to do with public betting, but I am right with the public for this one. I love this Buffalo team and think they come out and make a statement in week one in what should be one of the best games of the season.
