They say you only live once. Not sure who they are, but they are correct. I checked. We only get one shot at this thing called life. Honestly, though, it's fine. One feels like enough sometimes. The point is, we need to remember we only live once, and the best way to show we understand that is by doing YOLO parlays. They're fun, they're exciting and we can actually bring home some cash if one hits. Feels right.
The first leg of this one is all about the fact that I think the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins will score some points. They just will. If that happens, we can get one of those old-school shootouts where guys on both teams go off. That guy for Buffalo is Stefon Diggs. He's gone over this number twice in two tries so far this season and I don't see how Miami stops him from doing it again today. On top of being disgusting, he could be needed for all four quarters. Even with Gabriel Davis back, Diggs is the top dog in Buffalo and he will see his usual lion's share of targets today.
The receivers are the guys you want to target on these YOLOs and another good one is Amon-Ra St. Brown. The guy is the unquestioned alpha in Detroit and that offense is much better than recent versions. This guy has been targeted 24 times in just two games so when it's time to go to the air, Jared Goff is looking for him. I would expect the Minnesota Vikings to put a few points on the board today so we could get a baby shootout here which favors our boy, Brown. The kid plays with an edge and he just went over this number last week. Feels right.
Finally, we're to the final leg and it might just be the best one. The game starts at 4:00 pm ET so even if we lose one of the first legs, we can just bet this straight and get our money back. We're talking Greg Dortch 60+ receiving yards. The Arizona Cardinals are hosting the Los Angeles Rams and if we're being honest, I expect them to be chasing points. They just aren't good. If that happens, the Cardinals will be throwing and the options are limited. The Rams have given up the fourth most receiving yards to wide receivers this season and Dortch has already done this once this season. Why not today?
