1u - Jared Goff To Throw An INT (-121) (Bet $121 to Collect $221)
We haven’t bet on the interception market yet this year, but this is a great spot to start again. Jared Goff is the quarterback of my favorite team, so it hurts to do something like this, but it makes all the sense in the world to bet it. First off, Goff has thrown an interception in four of five games. The one game he didn’t throw an interception was the one game the Lions won. Goff is 4/4 in games that they lose, which they should again as they are touchdown underdogs.
Dallas is a defense that gets interceptions, so much so that they have one in four of six games. The only two games that they didn’t were against Jalen Hurts and Joe Burrow. Both of those quarterbacks have only thrown an interception in two of six games, so it’s understandable not turning them over. Goff should be trailing and slinging it, creating many opportunities for one turnover.
I thought this would be juiced much more than it is. Dallas led the NFL last season with 26 INTs, and this season should continue more of the same with Trevon Diggs in that secondary. Although Dallas has an Interception in four of six games, they only have five total and are actually due for some positive regression and more multi-interception games. We just need one bad throw or bobbled catch. Not asking for alot here. Let's roll!
