Miami Dolphins vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Prediction

The Pittsburgh Steelers and the Miami Dolphins will clash from the Sunshine State as the two teams will meet up for Sunday Night Football. The Dolphins come into this game, losing three games in a row. A huge part of that has been due to the absence of star QB Tua Tagovailoa. Tua had a vicious injury that kept him out for three weeks. Tua will return tonight in hopes of getting the Phins back on track.

Pittsburgh comes into this game looking to build some kind of momentum on their season. They are fresh off a big win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and they are hopeful that win will get them rolling. The Steelers have had some issues at the starting QB position. They started the year with Mitch Trubisky as the guy, but after he struggled the first few weeks, the Steelers handed the keys to rookie QB Kenny Pickett. Pickett was injured last game, and Trubisky came in relief to get the Steelers the win. This is a significant game early on for both of these teams, as they both need to start racking up wins.

I am backing the Steelers with the points tonight. This is a lot of points for Pittsburgh in my eyes, and the game script I foresee should favor this. I expect a lot of running out of the Steelers, and if they can control the line of scrimmage like I think they can, they should be able to control the time of possession while putting points on the board. Lastly, I question how sharp Tua will be here in his first start back. Let’s close the week with a winner!
