Slop's Premium NFL Week 8 Parlay

NFL Parlay +123. Bet $100 to collect $232. Best odds available at DraftKings alt line (click here)

  • Arizona Cardinals +7.5 (alt line)
  • Dallas Cowboys -5.5 (alt line)

I know it's early and Friday is the NBA's day now but a little alt-line NFL parlay is in order. We can do these pretty much anywhere these days but this one was painstakingly, hand-crafted at DraftKings. A similar one could be built at FanDuel but not for a price as good as +123 so keep that in mind. The difference wasn't crazy but at the end of the day, why not just go with the best price? It makes sense.

Both of these games are at 1:00 pm ET so I'll start with the Arizona Cardinals +7.5. Honestly, I'm not the biggest Cardinals guy. Not by a mile. But here's the thing, I'm not a Kirk Cousins guy either. I get that this one is not a primetime game so Cousins should be alright but I don't know. We're talking Kirk Cousins here people. Going through their schedule, look who they've beaten. The Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears, and Miami Dolphins (No Tua).

None of those teams are even good with the exception of the Dolphins who started Skylar Thompson that day. Teddy Bridgewater ended up playing pretty much the whole game though. The point is, Cousins is about to go at an improved Arizona Cardinals defense that can get after the quarterback. On offense, they welcomed DeAndre Hopkins back recently. At the end of the day, this isn't the type of team Minnesota beats by a touchdown. Give me all the Arizona +7.5 you can give me here.

The next leg is what we're building around with the first one. It's the leg that has a zero percent chance of losing. I've watched a lot of football in my life and I can tell you with confidence that the Chicago Bears will not be able to stay within a touchdown of the Dallas Cowboys. For starters, the Bears will not be able to block for Justin Fields. That kid is going to be running for his life. Sure we just saw him look pretty good on Monday night but this is the Dallas Cowboys we're talking about here. I have them winning this game 27-3 or something similar.
