The New York Jets are currently 5-2 on the season but will be underdogs, at home, against the New England Patriots, who are below .500. This is due to multiple reasons. The Patriots destroyed the Jets last season. New England also returns Mac Jones for the second game since his injury.

Meanwhile, the Jets lost a couple of essential pieces last week, including Breece Hall, who tore his ACL. The rookie running back is no longer able to play football this season. However, the Jets quickly traded the Jaguars for James Robinson. It's unclear how many snaps he'll play in his first week with the Jets, but a Robinson and Michael Carter duo should work well for New York's offense.

On the other hand, many Patriots fans hope Bailey Zappe takes over at quarterback for Mac Jones. Jones hasn't looked great in his starts this season. However, Zappe eventually struggled last week after subbing in for Jones.

With the total sitting at 40, likely, we won't see an insane amount of offense. But we should still get three touchdowns. Below we'll review some of the best anytime touchdown picks and odds in this game between the New England Patriots vs. New York Jets.

New York Jets vs. New England Patriots Best Anytime TD Picks

Michael Carter Anytime Touchdown (+135) (Bet $100 to Collect $235) FanDuel has the best odds, click here to bet

As I mentioned above, it's unclear how many snaps James Robinson will get in his first game with the Jets. Therefore, it's likely that Michael Carter will get most of the carries in this game. The Jets' winning streak started when the Jets started to run the ball at a high level. Look for Carter to take on extra work and find his way into the end zone.

Rhamondre Stevenson Anytime Touchdown (+100) (Bet $100 to Collect $200) FanDuel has the best odds, click here to bet

With Damien Harris out, Stevenson started to take ownership of the backfield. Even when Harris returned, Stevenson got most of the carries last week. Harris didn't get many.

I'm assuming Harris will get more work if they ramp him up. But I still think Stevenson will be the first player to earn the goal-line carries for the Patriots. Stevenson has four touchdowns on the year through seven games.

Damien Harris Anytime Touchdown (+190) (Bet $100 to Collect $290) FanDuel has the best odds, click here to bet

Harris and Stevenson could split the goal-line carries if the Patriots score two touchdowns around the red zone. We can't forget about Harris' touchdown barrage last year. He was the guy for New England and would always power his way for a touchdown.

This year, he's already got three touchdowns, and while Stevenson might've taken the lead role away from Harris, Harris will still get his opportunities. At +190, there's a ton of value here.
