We have never bet on Allgeier before, but that needs to change for tonight. This number feels like a major overreaction to Patterson being back, and he has already shown he will be utilized even with him back last week. Patterson saw 39% of the snaps, and Allgeier saw 38%. Even with Patterson back in the mix, we saw Allgeier get 10 handoffs for 99 yards if he sees 10 handoffs again, then we just need 3.2 yards per carry, and he averages 4.5 on the season.

This matchup is excellent, too, Carolina is starting PJ Walker again for whatever reason, and he shouldn’t be able to blow out any team, so running will be a viable option throughout. Carolina allows the NFL's 5th most rushing yards to running backs, and this game will have some weather conditions that will make each team run more often. This game projects to have high winds, and Mariota doesn’t throw the ball much as it is, so I see plenty of runs for Atlanta, and Allgeier will get his opportunities.

Allgeier has hit this in 6 straight games, and even with Cordarelle back, he will be relied upon in a shared backfield. 32 yards isn’t asking for alot, and this has the upside to hit in one run. He wasn’t the most efficient in his other game versus the Panthers, but this prop still hit, and this game projects to have plenty of runs, so he could hit this with volume alone. Huntley and Patterson will get their fair share, but I’ll take this soft number for the young stud. Let's roll!
