Not going to overthink this one, just had to wait on the news that Ezekiel Elliott was out today, and he is confirmed inactive for this afternoon. Last week, in his first opportunity as the bellcow back for the Cowboys, 14 carries for 131 yards and 3 TDs on the day against the Chicago Bears.

The Packers are slightly better against the run than the Chicago Bears, but that isn’t saying much. I like Pollard to find his spots again, as he just has a knack for making plays. The Cowboys have no choice but to give him the ball, and after today, it might pretty difficult for Elliott to earn his starting job back.
