I see many people on Henry to rush for 100 yards and I don’t mind that but this weirdly feels safer to me. Tonight's game will be played in Lambeau and it should be freezing. Regardless of the game script, I see the Titans running the ball but this game should remain close regardless with just a 42-point total and a 3-point spread favoring Green Bay.
Green Bay allows the 3rd most rushing attempts to running backs and Henry has the most rushing attempts in the NFL. Henry has 22+ rush attempts in 4 of his last 6 games and this might be the worst run defense he will play in that stretch outside of Houston. Henry usually gets better as the season progresses and now that we’re in the 2nd half of the season I expect a big game from him. Yards could hit before attempts but we’ve seen him run 25+ times against stacked boxes for 80 yards too many times for me to pick that over this.
The Titans have an outstanding run defense, so Green Bay will likely have to pass a lot, if that’s the case I like the clock stopping on incompletions to help us get as many possessions as possible to hit this mark. Tannehill should not have success against this great Green Bay secondary and they will resort to running it up the gut for 3 or 4-yard chunks at a time. Give our boy the bellcow role tonight and let's roll!
