Kansas City dominated the game early on, and it looked like it was going to be a runaway, but Joe Burrow and the Bengals took over. The Bengals would go on to win the game and eventually lose in the Super Bowl to the Rams. These two teams once again appear to be legitimate threats to winning a Super Bowl. We will see two of the best quarterbacks in football battle, Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow. The future of the NFL is bright at the quarterback position, and these two guys are a huge reason why. The weapons that these teams have are not too bad, either.
The Bengals represent one of the best wide receiver cores in football, headlined by Ja'Marr Chase. Chase is expected to return to play today after missing about a month. When healthy, Chase may be the best wideout in the game, and it will be fun to watch him back on the field today.
On the other side, the Bengals will be tasked with shutting down the best tight end in football Travis Kelce. Kelce and Mahomes have been the most dominant combo in football over the last couple of years, and we will see them working together a lot today. This could be a game that comes down to the wire late. The Bengals come into play as a two-point home dog.
