It’s important not to look at strictly the hit rate and to look at each game individually. Sanders has only hit 14+ rush attempts in 7/12 games this year which is more than half but nothing too impressive. His attempts have been down lately as well as he has only hit this once in his last four games. With that being said, this feels like a game he will be an absolute workhorse.
The Giants are a great team to attack here. New York allows the 9th most attempts to RBs and this game could get ugly weather-wise. This game is going to be cold and have some winds that will deter teams from throwing the ball too much. The Giants will be without Leonard Williams as well which should incentivize Philly to run the ball.
Most books have this at 14.5 instead of 13.5 which I like too if you get it for + odds but if it shoots up to 15.5 I would pivot to yards. Philly enters this game as touchdown favorites and should be in a favorable run script throughout all four quarters. I’m sure we’ll get occasional Boston Scott runs that make us mad but this number feels low for the matchup and weather. Let's roll!
