We are heading back to the NFL tonight to kick off the final week of the 2023 NFL preseason, and I am ready to dive into tonight's clash between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Atlanta Falcons. Both squads are looking to improve on last season in this fresh year and will be trying to tune things up here in the final preseason game tonight. Pittsburgh is 2-0 in the preseason this year, while the Falcons counter at 1-0-1.

Atlanta Falcons vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Prediction

There is not a lot to really sink your teeth into when discussing preseason, but there are base-level things, in my opinion, that help add (or take away value) from certain bets right off the bat. One of those things is how a coach treats preseason; some really care and want to start that winning culture early in the year, while others could not care less and are just trying to keep guys healthy.

Mike Tomlin is one of those guys who loves to win preseason games. At 17-4 straight up across their last 21 preseason games, the Steelers have shown a history of dominance, and with starters playing for Tomlin tonight, I really think we see a full four quarters out of them, and the backups have played well.

On the flip side, the Falcons are 5-18 ATS in their last 23 preseason games and 1-11 (yes, that bad) against the spread in their last 12 home games in the preseason. Pittsburgh has won both of their preseason games this season so far by double digits, and I like the Steelers to cruise to a victory again tonight.
