Week 1 NFL Parlay: Kick the Season Off With This +584 Week 1 Parlay

The NFL season is here!

We're all eager to get in our bets for Week 1. Here's a three-team parlay to consider against the spread for this weekend's matchups in the NFL.

Week 1 NFL Parlay

Cincinnati Bengals -2.5 (-110)

The Bengals will visit the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. It's now likely that Joe Burrow will play in the season opener after he suffered a calf injury earlier in training camp.

Cincinnati needs better offensive line play. However, they've got all the playmakers on offense to be one of the most dangerous teams in the NFL this year.

Meanwhile, the Browns will have Deshaun Watson for an entire season at quarterback. In his six games with the Browns last year, he was inaccurate and didn't look like himself. The Browns haven't improved offensively much and struggled to stop the run all of last year.

Meanwhile, the secondary might not even have Denzel Ward at cornerback. That would hurt big time against these Cincinnati receivers.

I'd grab the Bengals -2.5 on the road here.

Minnesota Vikings -6 (-110)

I know the Vikings won a lot of close games last year. They likely regress this season.

But it won't be in Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs have many undrafted free agents taking the field in Week 1. They'll also start Baker Mayfield at quarterback, which won't help them either.

Analytically, the Vikings were a terrific team last year. The defense was dominant against the run and didn't have many missed tackles. That should at least carry over into this game against a bad Buccaneers team.

Meanwhile, the offense no longer has Dalvin Cook, but Alexander Mattison should be prepared for a solid workload. Jordan Addison is a great No. 2 receiver, and T.J. Hockenson was just signed to an extension. The stability with Minnesota will be crucial in Week 1.

Jacksonville Jaguars -4.5 (-114)

There's way too much hype around Anthony Richardson. The former Florida Gators quarterback helped them go 6-6 last year in the SEC. He was incredibly inaccurate and made poor decisions all year last season.

Richardson has potential. He's got a lot of the intangibles. But he will not just randomly become Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen overnight. Just because he works hard and stays after practice to sign autographs doesn't make him a good quarterback.

The Jaguars are headed into Year 3 with Trevor Lawrence. He didn't have the best first season but improved in his second season. His third season will be even better. Back the Jaguars in this game.
