SNF Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants Same-Game Parlay
I’m high on the Cowboys this season. It’s now or never for Dak Prescott, who enters this season fully healthy with one last shot to prove to Dallas he’s their guy. I do think the Giants will be competitive this season, but with a banged-up Darren Waller, it’s going to be tough for them to keep up with the Cowboys’ offense.
Tony Pollard will be taking over the full-time running back duties after the Cowboys finally let Zeke go. Pollard is a much more explosive back, and the Giants were the third-worst rushing defense in football last season. They allowed more than five years per carry in 2022. Expect the Cowboys to run the football early and often in this one. I like Pollard to get 75+ yards in this contest. It’s not the “feed Zeke” era in Dallas anymore, and it’s time to feed Pollard.
Primetime unders hit 61% of the time last season. Don’t expect anything different in this one. Both of these organizations know each other very well. Expect them both to rely heavily on their strengths for tonight’s matchup by running the football. The Giants will rely heavily on Saquon Barkley in this one.
With both teams running the ball heavily, the clock will be running for the entirety of this game. The total is already down a point from the opener. Throw the under in your SGP before the total drops even more.
The Cowboys are going to shock some people this season. All the hype in the NFC East surrounds the Eagles after losing in the Super Bowl last year, but the Cowboys have regrouped, simplified the offense, and are finally playing without crazy expectations. For once, they aren’t expected to win this division; this is when we back them. Bet the Cowboys to start their season off with a win on the road against a divisional rival on Sunday Night.
