NFL Player Props Week 1: Top Anytime TD Scorer Bets

The 2024 NFL season has an exciting setup on Sunday afternoon featuring some new quarterbacks and head coaches. The New York Giants will take on the Minnesota Vikings in what may become a high-scoring affair, among several other offensive matchups on the slate.

We are back with more anytime touchdown scorers after starting 3-3 so far in the first two games. Isaiah Likely at +550 and Christian Watson at +210 were the biggest winners so far, leading to a +5.5 unit start to the season. Who else will find the end zone in Sunday daytime action?

Let's break down the top anytime touchdown scorer bets for Week 1.

Best NFL Week 1 Anytime TD Bets

Aaron Jones Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+135) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick

Aaron Jones takes over in Minnesota after many successful years in Green Bay. The two sides decided to part ways in the offseason, and Jones headed to their NFC North rival for the next phase of his career. The Vikings have struggled to replace Dalvin Cook after his departure in 2022, getting mediocre play from Alexander Mattison last season. Jones may be 29 now, but was still a beast for the Packers when healthy last year. He has had a full offseason to recover from hamstring issues, and will be the feature back in a Vikings offense that is starting Sam Darnold at QB. It's safe to say they can use all the help they can get, and will lean heavily on Jones in the red zone. He will have plenty of chances against a Giants defense that ranked 26th in scoring a year ago.

Daniel Jones Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+280) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick

The New York Giants are entering a prove it or lose it year with Daniel Jones at the helm. It's his sixth season in New York, and the team has not gone anywhere besides one playoff victory. Jones tore his ACL last season, and has had 11 months to rehab it and get back on the field. He knows that this is his last chance to remain a starter in the NFL, and has a chip on his shoulder from the myriad of doubters. Jones will use his legs against a porous Vikings defense on Sunday afternoon and force his way into the end zone on one of his QB waggles.

Anthony Richardson Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+130) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick

Anthony Richardson returns to the Colts on Sunday afternoon after his season was cut short a year ago. The former Florida Gators QB got off to a hot start in the NFL, showcasing his size and physicality with aggressive running. Unfortunately, it cost him his health after just a few games, and he will have to be more careful this time around. Regardless, he will look to run when the pocket breaks down, and the Colts will definitely have designed runs for him in the red zone. Richardson is eager to prove himself with many doubters saying he won't last in the league.

Bijan Robinson Anytime Touchdown Scorer (-105) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick

The Atlanta Falcons will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, and this is poised to be a big year for the franchise. They woefully misused Bijan Robinson last season in his rookie year, despite showing flashes of brilliance every time he touched the rock. Former head coach Arthur Smith could not figure out how to properly utilize the superstar RB, and was subsequently fired for his poor decisions. Raheem Morris will not make the same mistake, and Bijan will be fed with a similar amount of carries that we saw Saquon Barkley get on Friday night. Both star RBs had even odds to score, and Barkley rumbled to three touchdowns in Brazil. Expect Bijan to get at least one against this Steelers defense, especially with veteran Kirk Cousins helping to move the offense.

Jonnu Smith Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+300) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick

Jonnu Smith joins the Dolphins this year after spending the last year in Atlanta. He set a career high in receiving yards in his 7th year, and is now ready to assist the Miami offense. Tua Tagovailoa has a good history of sharing the ball around the offense, and with Jaylen Waddle attempting to play banged up, there will be even more opportunities for Smith. This pick is at higher odds than some of the others due to the amount of weapons the Dolphins possess, but this tilt against the Jags should be relatively high scoring. Smith will be a big body in the red zone and will get a solid amount of TDs for the Dolphins this year, it just depends how fast he builds chemistry with Tua.
