Buffalo enters the season projected to win the AFC East for the fourth straight season.
The Bills have been one of the best regular-season teams in the NFL over the past three seasons.
Josh Allen is a top-five quarterback in football and is a matchup nightmare, as he can kill you with his legs and with his arm.
Allen has thrown for north of 4,000 yards in three consecutive seasons and has thrown for thirty-five or more touchdowns in three straight seasons.
An issue for Allen the last two years has been turnovers, as he has thrown a combined twenty-nine interceptions over the last two seasons.
Stefon Diggs is the top option for Buffalo in the passing game. Diggs has been one of the most dominant wide receivers in football since joining Buffalo. Diggs has 4,189 receiving yards and twenty-nine touchdowns since joining the Bills in 2020.
James Cook and Damien Harris will lead the backfield for Buffalo this season.
Buffalo ranked fourth in the NFL in scoring defense in 2022, allowing 19.1 points per game. Buffalo is poised to be a top-tier defense once again this season.
Aaron Rodgers will lead the Jets offense. Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game and will be a massive upgrade from what New York has had at the quarterback position in the past.
Rodgers won league MVP in 2020 and 2021 but underperformed in 2022 in his final season with Green Bay.
Garret Wilson is the best playmaker on this New York offense. Wilson won Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2022, and now he has a legitimate quarterback to work with in Rodgers. Wilson racked up 1,103 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
Dalvin Cook and Breece Hall will lead the Jets in the backfield. Dalvin Cook was a surprise signing in the off-season. Cook has rushed for over 1,000 yards in four consecutive years, including 2022, where he rushed for 1,173 yards and eight rushing touchdowns.
The strength of this Jets team is their defense. New York ranked second in the NFL in 2022 in scoring defense, allowing opponents just 18.6 points per game.
