Minnesota Vikings vs. Philadelphia Eagles Prediction
Minnesota enters play 0-1 after a disappointing week one loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Philadelphia, meanwhile, snuck out an ugly win over the New England Patriots in Week 1.
There are a few storylines that are worth noting in this game.
The Eagles will be without their starting cornerback, James Bradberry. Bradberry is one of the best corners in all of football, and if he was not on the Eagles, he would be a number one on most teams.
Additionally, the Eagles will be without starting safety Reid Blankenship. Blankenship won the starting Safety job in camp after impressing the team as a rookie last season.
Josh Jobe will get the first start of his young career. Jobe impressed the Eagles in mini-camp, and the team is confident that he can be a starter in this league.
Rookie Sydney Brown is slated to get the start at safety. Brown was one of the best safeties in college football a season ago at Illinois and will have an opportunity to make an impact early in the season.
Minnesota Vikings vs. Philadelphia Eagles Player Prop Pick
This is a perfect spot for Jordan Addison.
The main reason for that is most of the attention will be on the best wide receiver in football, Justin Jefferson.
Darius Slay has great numbers against Jefferson, which means he will be on Jefferson for the majority of the game. What does this mean for Addison?
The rookie should draw favorable matchups against Jobe or Avonte Maddox.
Additionally, Minnesota will play the majority of this game from behind, which means they will need to throw the football to stay in the game.
Addison had four catches for 61 yards in Week 1. Overall, Addison had six total targets.
