Las Vegas Raiders vs. Buffalo Bills Prediction
The Raiders are fresh off a road victory as 3-point underdogs in Denver. Jimmy G played great, carrying his new team to victory with two clutch touchdowns, but nobody on the Raiders filled up the stat sheet. Devante Adams wasn’t much of a threat, and Josh Jacobs only averaged 2.5 YPC against the Broncos DLine. Yes, the Raiders pulled out an impressive win, but was it more of the Broncos losing than the Raiders winning?
If Jimmy G and the Raiders were only able to put up 261 yards of offense against the Broncos, they certainly aren’t going to exceed that in Buffalo. The Bills’ defense is one of the best units in football, and after getting embarrassed on Monday night, they’ll be looking to make a statement against Las Vegas.
I typically don’t love targeting large spreads like BUF -8, but with the public buying into the “Josh Allen isn’t elite” narrative, I’m willing to bet they run up the score this afternoon. Josh Allen has always struggled in the opening week of the season in his career, but week two is one of his best weeks statistically. Bet Josh Allen and the Bills to bounce back on Sunday, running up the score and winning this game by 10+ points.
