Cade Otton is a great check down option, and also is sixth in the league for snap percentage. I believe tonight he'll get targeted versus a struggling Eagles secondary and soar past his line.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Prediction
The Eagles have allowed the most touchdowns and receptions to tight ends so far this season. In their first two games so far, the tight end ones on the opposing teams have been feasting against the Eagles secondary.
TJ Hockenson had seven receptions for 66 yards and two touchdowns versus the Eagles, and Hunter Henry had 5 receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown versus them. Otton has been getting targets through his first two games with eight receptions for 80 yards, but most importantly, Otton practically plays the entire football game.
He sees an incredible 97.5% of all offensive snaps, which ranks him sixth in the league currently. The Eagles have an outstanding pass rush, but has somehow allowed the second most passing yards so far on the season.
