Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams Prediction: Can Matthew Stafford, Rams Run Up the Score?

The Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams play this Sunday. Can Matthew Stafford and the Rams run up the score? Krabs shares his Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams prediction.

Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams Prediction: Can Matthew Stafford, Rams Run Up the Score?

Let’s be honest, this Arizona Cardinals team is much better than anyone expected before the season. They might only have one win, but they’ve kept nearly every game competitive. The main factor has been Josh Dobbs, who’s been a pleasant surprise since getting signed a week before the season. Will this offense over perform once again this afternoon?

Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Rams Prediction

The Cardinals aren’t the only team in this content who’s surprised some people this season. The Los Angeles Rams were projected to be one of the worst teams in the league, and they might only have two wins, but it’s clear their offense is back.

Cooper Kupp returned last week like he never left, and Matthew Stafford is still playing at a high level. I’m sure he’s still looking to boost his stats in the final seasons of his career as he continues to make a push for the Hall of Fame.

Puka Nacua has been a difference for this Rams’ offense. They now have two elite receivers, along with Kyren Williams who’s taken over the lead running back duties. This offense has returned to their elite form, and Sean McVay has great success against the Cardinals in his career. He’s also coming off a loss to the Cardinals the last time they played them, so McVay and the Rams will be extra motivated this afternoon.

I’m not going to tell you to lay it with the Rams here, although I do think they cover and they are my survivor pick this week. Instead of laying the points with the Rams, why don’t we bet the over instead? It’s not like the Rams defense has been great, and Josh Dobbs has proven he can keep this team competitive even without James Connor this week. Both offenses will be lighting up the scoreboard, but I do think the Rams ultimately come out with a big win here.

This total opened up at 45.5 before getting steamed up to 48 on most books. The splits on the over are sharp, and this is one of the only totals this week moving up. Bet the over, and ride with the sharps in this spot.

The Rams might cash this over themselves with Kupp back in the lineup like he never left. This offense is primed for a great matchup against an extremely poor secondary that’s gotten cooked by Sam Howell and Daniel Jones this year. If those guys can shred this defense, just imagine what Matthew Stafford is going to do to them…
