CJ Stroud has been an absolute stud this season in his rookie season. The rookie has gone over 242 passing yards in five out of five games this season. The Houston Texans have been struggling with the run game, which doesn't fit their game-plan going against a stout rushing defense today. I believe the Texans will have to rely on their big arm rookie to get the job done for them today. I can see Stroud soaring over this line.

First, let's take a look at Mr. Stroud's supporting data. Here are the first five weeks for CJ Stroud:
- Week 1 against the Baltimore Ravens: 242 passing yards
- Week 2 against the Indianapolis Colts: 384 passing yards
- Week 3 against the Jacksonville Jaguars: 280 passing yards
- Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers: 306 passing yards
- Week 5 against the Atlanta Falcons: 249 passing yards
Do we see a trend here with Stroud? He has cleared this line by over 20 yards in every game he's played this season. We're looking at a prop that has a 100% hit rate in five out of five games. And although it's a small sample size, it even looks like he performs better at home, which should help us out a ton this week.
The New Orleans Saints defense has been pretty solid this season, ranking fourth in defending the pass, but Stroud has thrown for more yards than the average allowed for each defense he has faced this season. There are two quarterbacks who have gone over 223.5 yards versus the Saints this season, Jordan Love with 259 yards and Baker Mayfield with 246 yards.

On the other side, the Texans are ranked 26th in rushing with their running backs only averaging 70.4 yards a game. With their running game not being a factor in today's matchup, the Texans will have to rely on their big arm rookie to get it done for them.
