Detroit Lions vs. Baltimore Ravens Prediction

Detroit has gotten off to a red-hot start with a record of 4-1. The Lions have won three consecutive games.

Jared Goff leads this Detroit offense. Goff has been great this year, throwing for 1,618 yards, 11 touchdowns, and three interceptions.

Running back David Montgomery has been one of the best in football this year, rushing for 385 yards and six touchdowns. Montgomery is expected to miss a couple of weeks, which means the team will lean on rookie Jahymr Gibbs.

The Sun God Amon-Ra St. Brown has been good as advertised this year. St. Brown leads the team with 455 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

The defense for the Lions has been great, ranking ninth in football and holding opponents to 18.8 points per game.

Baltimore enters play with a 4-2 record on the year.

The Ravens won last weekend in London over the Tennessee Titans. Baltimore will begin play sitting atop the AFC North.

Lamar Jackson has thrown for 1,253 yards while leading the team in rushing with 327 yards. Jackson has nine combined touchdowns and three interceptions.

JK Dobbins went down with a season-ending injury in Week 1, which has forced Gus Edwards and Justice Hill into action. The two have combined for four touchdowns.

Rookie Zay Flowers has been the favorite target of Jackson. Flowers has racked up a team-best 367 yards. Tight end Mark Andrews leads the team in touchdowns with three.

The Ravens' defense has been one of the best in football. The Ravens rank fourth in football, allowing opponents 15.2 points per game.

Detroit Lions vs. Baltimore Ravens Pick

Baltimore has played better than their 4-2 record indicates.

This is a tough team to beat at home, as the Ravens have been an elite home team in the Lamar Jackson era.

The Lions will be a public dog in this spot, which makes it a great fade.

Lastly, Detroit is expected to be without their top running back, David Montgomery. Only Raheem Mostert and Christian McCaffrey have rushed for more touchdowns.
