The news has broken. With Ryan Tannehill still out with an injury, second-round draft pick Will Levis will make his first NFL start at quarterback for the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
Some reports suggested teammate Malik Willis could also see some time at quarterback. However, Levis will still get the most reps on Sunday.
The Titans desperately need a spark. They've started the season 2-4 and have lost three of their last four games.
Now, they'll take on an Atlanta Falcons team that is currently above .500, at 4-3 on the year. Atlanta has lost three of its last five games. But the Falcons are still favorites on the road against the Titans.

Atlanta Falcons vs. Tennessee Titans Prediction
We don't have any in-season stats on Will Levis. But we do know that he was a highly-regarded prospect out of Kentucky.
Although Malik Willis has been in front of Levis throughout the regular season on the depth chart, the Titans are confident and comfortable with starting Levis. That should at least tell us something.
Levis didn't put up the most incredible numbers in college. With Kentucky, last season, he added 19 touchdowns and ten interceptions, with only 2,406 yards passing in 11 games. That's not incredible. But he's got the intangibles and can make everyone believe in him on the football field.
The Titans don't have a great offensive line. The pass protection hasn't been good. But they'll be in good shape if the Titans can get the run game moving between Derrick Henry and Tyjae Spears. He'll be fine if Tennessee can give Levis third-and-short to work with.
While Atlanta's defense has played at a high level, the secondary and pass rush isn't as good as the run defense. Levis should have enough time to make accurate throws down the field, even with the pass protection lacking this season.
Meanwhile, the Falcons barely played Bijan Robinson last week due to an illness. But it seems likely that their rookie will be active and ready to go on Sunday. The Falcons earned a 16-13 win over the Buccaneers without Robinson, but they've still lost three of their last five games this season.
Desmond Ridder has led the offense to over 360 yards per game. However, he's thrown for six touchdowns and also has six interceptions. The passing game has been inconsistent this year, and he just had a rushing touchdown called back after lazily running into the end zone.
Ridder has much to improve on, while Robinson doesn't even have a rushing touchdown this year.
With the Titans at home, I'll give them the edge. How much better is Ridder than Levis, after all? The Titans will call the proper game plan and allow Levis to succeed enough to help earn the win.
