Tennessee Titans vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Prediction
On the other sideline, you’ve got Will Levis coming off a glorious debut for the Titans last week where he threw four touchdown passes against the Falcons. I’m willing to bet the rookie QB has a much tougher time under center tonight…
There’s a big difference between playing the Falcons at home and facing the Steelers in Pittsburgh. It also won’t help Levis that the Steelers run one of the most confusing defenses in football. Levis is going to make to make post-snap reads throughout this game, which could lead to some issues in the rookie’s first road game.
I love buying-low on the Steelers. People forget this team hasn’t gone below .500 on the season since Tomlin has been their head coach. After a brutal Week 8 performance, I’m fully expecting Coach Tomlin to have this team fired up at home for a bounce-back week against a rookie QB on a short week.
Even without Minkah Fitzpatrick, the Steelers have one of the best defenses in the NFL. The Titans OL might have held up against the Falcons last week, but they are in for a much tougher challenge tonight against T.J. Watt and newly-returning Cam Heyward.
The Titans are a public dog after rookie sensation Will Levis threw four touchdowns last week. With more than 55% of bets currently backing the Titans to win this game, let’s fade this public dog and cash tonight. Kenny Pickett will look for George Pickens early and often in this contest, and with the total dropping to 37, it doesn’t look like Levis is going to be throwing for four touchdowns again.
