Will Purdy and the 49ers bounce back on the road after three straight losses, or will the Jags win and cover their sixth-straight game in a row?

Trevor Lawrence and Jacksonville getting three points at home in the middle of their hot-streak seems a little too easy. Nobody wants to bet the 49ers right now after three straight losses, but Coach Shanahan is coming off a bye week. I’ll take my chances with the 49ers in a bounce back spot with an extra week of preparation.
Deebo Samuel and Trent Williams are returning for San Francisco this week. This is not only a huge boost on the field for the 49ers; their return provides a major boost of confidence for a team with a young quarterback on a losing streak. Expect Deebo to be heavily involved in the offense for San Fran in this contest, and Williams to bring back some stability to that offensive line.
The Jags five-game win streak hasn’t been as impressive as it sounds. The only win during that stretch that was truly impressive was the win against the Bills, but that game was also in London. Jacksonville loves playing in London. It’s really become like a second home field for them, so I’m discrediting that win against Buffalo a little. Their other wins were against Pittsburgh, New Orleans, Indianapolis and Atlanta. Do these teams scare you? They don’t intimidate me…
This is the ultimate buy-low spot for the 49ers this season. You won’t be able to get them at -3 many times for the rest of the season. Fade the Jags, who have been known to struggle in big spots at home in recent years. The 49ers are going to look like the well-oiled machine we remember from the first five weeks of the season today.
