5 minPittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns Prediction: Can Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Browns Cover?
The Pittsburgh Steelers are traveling to Cleveland to face the Browns in a divisional matchup. The Cleveland Browns are without their starting quarterback, Deshaun Watson, who is out for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. But, even with a backup quarterback, I believe the Cleveland Browns will be able to defend their home field versus the Pittsburgh Steelers and cover the -1.5 spread.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns Prediction
The Steelers are underdogs heading into this game in Cleveland versus the Browns. But, there is one big headline going into this game, Deshaun Watson is out for the season. And after Cleveland's last win over the Baltimore Ravens, they're looking like a team that will continue to cause serious issues and headaches. We also need to be honest about the Steelers, I believe currently they are just smoke and mirrors.
I believe regression is looming and they're due for a downfall, they've been outgained in every single game this year in yards. This Browns defense is absolutely elite, and they're a force to be reckoned with. We saw this last week versus the Ravens with that game-changing pick six. Pittsburgh's offensive line is also in complete shambles which will be a major factor in the game. We also need to look back to Week 1, where the game started and ended with Deshaun Watson turnovers.
Between those turnovers, the Steelers offense did virtually nothing, and if we fast forward to now, the Steelers are facing the same brick wall. Cleveland's defense is absolutely loaded, and the Steelers don't have the star players to out play them. On the other hand, the Browns are starting Dorian Thompson-Robinson, and I'm here for it. Thompson-Robinson is a seasoned player from UCLA, has seen plenty of action under Chip Kelly, and he's very athletic and smart.
His first outing against the Ravens was tough, but I'm going to cut him some slack. But, Thompson-Robinson has ball security, something PJ Walker has been lacking. The Browns' strategy is simple but very effective: protect the ball, punt smartly, and let the defense cook. I believe the Browns cover the spread at home today and show why they are a force to be reckoned with, even without Deshaun Watson.
