Philadelphia Eagles vs. Kansas City Chiefs PREDICTION

This is considered by many to be the game of the season.

There is a good chance that these two teams will cross paths again in the Super Bowl this year.

The Eagles represent the best record in football at 8-1.

Despite some turnover on the roster in the off-season, Philly looks just as good if not better, than they did a season ago.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts is currently the betting favorite to win MVP. Hurts has thrown for 2,347 yards, 15 touchdowns, and eight interceptions. Additionally, he has rushed for 316 yards and seven touchdowns.

Philadelphia native D'Andre Swift leads the Philly rushing attack. Swift was added in a trade in the off-season and has not disappointed. He has rushed for a team-best 614 yards.

The Eagles have one of the best wide receiver duos in football in AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith.

Brown is paced to have a historic season with 1,005 yards and six touchdowns.

Smith has hauled in 60 receptions worth 533 yards and four touchdowns.

The Eagles defense ranks 17th in points allowed per game (21.7).

Kansas City is off to a strong start with a record of 7-2.

The Chiefs remain the team to beat in the AFC, and the main reason is number 15 Patrick Mahomes.

Mahomes is on his way to being one of the best quarterbacks the game has ever seen. Mahomes has thrown for 2,442 yards, 17 touchdowns, and eight interceptions.

Former Rutgers running back Isiah Pacheco leads the Kansas City backfield. The hard running back has rushed for a team-best 525 yards and three touchdowns.

Travis Kelce is the game's best tight end and the top option in the passing game. Kelce leads the team with 597 yards and four touchdowns.

The Chiefs' defense has been outstanding, ranking second in points allowed per game (15.9)

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Kansas City Chiefs Pick

This pains me to do as a die-hard Eagles fan, but this is a great spot at home for Kansas City.

There is no coach in the history of the NFL who is better off a bye week than Andy Reid.

The Eagles are 8-1, but there is a real concern in the secondary and facing Mahomes; this issue will get exposed tonight.

Philadelphia ranks 29th against the pass, allowing opponents 257.0 yards per game.

Kansas City will take care of business at home tonight.
