The Cincinnati Bengals announced that Joe Burrow will miss the remainder of the season with a wrist injury. At 5-5, the Bengals still have playoff aspirations. But now they'll have to rely on Jake Browning to take them to the promised land. Last Thursday, Browning played the second half for the injured Burrow. He struggled most of the night but finally found Ja'Marr Chase in the end zone on his final drive. That made the Bengals happy heading into a longer weak.

Meanwhile, the Steelers are 6-4. But it hasn't been because of the offense. Former offensive coordinator Matt Canada has just been relieved from his duties. Let's see how the Steelers respond to new play calling.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are 6-4 on the season. However, they've allowed more points than scored and have been outgained throughout the season. The regression has already started after their loss to the Browns last weekend. The Steelers scored 10 points and lost 13-10.

While the defense is typically known for a solid pass rush, the rest has underperformed this year, allowing nearly 240 yards in the air and 127.7 yards on the ground. They'll take on a Bengals team with a lot of unknowns. The offense has earned just 80.09 yards on the ground. Therefore, Cincinnati will rely heavily on Browning. He has a lot of the same movement as Burrow. That's why he's been in the system behind Burrow. It's likely that he starts to adapt and play well. However, Browning will get hit a lot by this Steelers pass rush. He'll have to get rid of the ball quickly against the Steelers if he wants any success. Meanwhile, the Bengals are just as good as a pass rush. The defense hasn't played well as a whole, but the pass rush between Trey Hendrickson and Sam Hubbard is elite. However, the secondary is weak, and the run defense has allowed nearly 140 yards per game. The Bengals' defense will likely see some new wrinkles in this Pittsburgh offense. But as of now, the Steelers aren't an offensive threat. They've added under 17 points per game and just 170 yards passing with 110.10 yards on the ground. I think a lot of critics are sleeping on Browning's potential. I'll gladly take the Bengals as an underdog at home.
