Joshua Palmer makes his return from a knee injury tonight as the Chargers travel to take on the Raiders in Las Vegas. With Mike Williams on injured reserve and Keenan Allen ruled out, other receivers on the team have a tremendous opportunity to step up on primetime. Palmer is the most likely to slide into Keenan Allen’s role and lead the Chargers in targets.
The risk here is that he may not play a full complement of snaps since this is his first game back from injury, but with the Chargers playing short-handed, he should be on the field a good amount. The books are giving us this line at 35.5, which leaves us plenty of wiggle room even if he plays somewhat of a limited snap share.
