Well with nothing else on the board to sink our teeth into today, I want to look ahead to Saturday's action on the grid iron and get a jump on line movement if it proceeds. The Indianapolis Colts host the Houston Texans for a massive AFC South clash at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday night and this one should be electric.

Houston Texans vs. Indianapolis Colts Prediction
This is effectively the first round of the playoffs for these AFC South foes. If Houston wins, they are in; if they lose, they are out. Texans rookie C.J. Stroud has been exceptional in his first year as the signal caller. Although a slight murmur of midseason MVP rumors died off, Stroud is undoubtedly the front runner for Offensive Rookie of the Year and can solidify that with a win here this week on the road.
The Colts have been good but I do not see where they have the edge here. Stroud has electrified the passing game in Houston and has weapons to use; when the air raid is working, the run game opens up. They have the better offense and quarterback. The defense has been all over the place for Houston this season but at the end of the day, they have gotten better and looked great last week. They shut down an elite run game against Tennessee last week and ultimately everything the Titans threw at them in the 26-3 victory.
Outside of the win over Pittsburgh three weeks ago, the Titans are consistently giving up points and keeping games close; Houston has the edge and pulls away here.
