Tony Pollard hasn’t put up the numbers many of us expected from him this season but the Cowboys are in position to win the NFC East title with a win over the Washington Commanders. Pollard needs just 65 yards on the ground to secured a 1000 yard-season and help get his team a victory.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders Prediction
The Commanders have struggled mightily stopping the run since trading away Chase Young and Montez Sweat. Since Week 9, every opposing starting running back has rushed for 60 yards or more against them. That includes Pollard who handled 13 carries and rushed for 79 yards against Washington on Thanksgiving.
Dallas comes into this game as two touchdown favorites against a Commanders team that has seemingly thrown in the towel on the season. The Cowboys offense is spearheaded by Dak Prescott and their passing game but I expect Pollard to see plenty of opportunities in this game which is why I’m taking the over on his 58.5 rushing yards.
