NFL Rushing Props: Targeting James Conner on the Week 18 RB Cheat Sheet

It's time for some Week 18 football.

Some teams are benching their starters, while others must find a way to win today to earn a spot in the playoffs.

Make sure to look at depth charts and starters before placing your bets today! It's very easy to miss some news regarding players not playing today.

That said, I've added three running back props below with players we know will be playing their entire Week 18 matchup.

NFL RB Cheat Sheet Week 18

Rachaad White Over 18.5 Rushing Attempts (-110) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

I really like the Buccaneers to be aggressive early. They will want to take the lead and never look back, knowing what's at stake.

So, while I have Baker Mayfield adding plenty of passing yards in tonight's game, the Buccaneers should mostly run out the clock in the second half if things go as planned.

White hasn't been the most effective runner. But we don't need him to be. He's added 253 carries this season, which is fourth in the NFL.

Before last week's game against New Orleans, White had four straight games with 20 carries. All four of those games were wins. One was against the Panthers when he totaled 20 carries for 84 yards and a touchdown.

That stat line sounds about right for today's game, too.

James Cook Over 14.5 Rush Attempts (+100) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

James Cook has added at least 15 carries in each of his last three games. Cook's value has dropped due to a lack of goal-line carries. However, he's earned at least 16 rush attempts in each of those three games and has 61 carries in those three games.

That's an average of more than 20 attempts per game.

With Joe Brady calling the show, he's certainly not afraid to change the game plan and continue to do whatever works.

Cook's numbers have really improved since Brady took over as the offensive coordinator. Meanwhile, the Dolphins are a solid football team. They just struggled against top-tier opponents.

In Week 4, Cook only saw 12 rushes for 29 yards and added 2.4 yards per carry. It can't get any worse than that. And it won't. Take his Over.

James Conner Over 2.5 Receptions (+130) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

James Conner has been underappreciated all year long. He's had 181 carries but is 18th in rushing yards with 890.

A 110-yard day would get him above 1,000 yards, and he didn't even play an entire season.

But I'm looking more toward his receiving numbers. He had just one catch for five yards last week. However, he's added at least three targets in two of the previous three games and has seen three or more targets in three of his last five matchups.

Conner earned five catches against the Seahawks last year and had six targets in each of his matchups against the Seahawks in the year before that.

He's always in the game plan to receive against the Seahawks. Let's roll with him to get at least three catches today.
