The Detroit Lions will attempt to reach their first NFC Championship game since 1991 on Sunday afternoon.
It has been the best Lions season in three decades, led by head coach Dan Campbell.
Campbell has done as good of a job as any coach in football at establishing a culture in Detroit.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions Prediction
The Lions squeaked out a win over the Los Angeles Rams a week ago in a thriller.
Jared Goff leads the Lions offense. The former No. 1 overall pick has enjoyed one of the best years of his career. Goff has done a much better job at taking care of the football and letting his dynamic playmakers create.
Two of those playmakers are rookies Jahmyr Gibbs and Sam LaPorta.
The Lions traded up to snag Gibbs in the first round. At the time, many questioned why the Lions would make that move, but Gibbs has shown why, as he is one of the best dual-threat running backs in the NFL.
LaPorta hauled in 10 touchdowns, which is tied with Amon-Ra St. Brown for the team lead in receiving touchdowns. LaPorta is one of the most talented young tight ends in football and will attempt to make an impact on this game today.
The secondary for the Lions has been an issue as of late. Tampa will likely test the secondary this afternoon as they have two of the best receivers in football, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.
No matter the result of this game, it has been a successful season for the Bucs.
Tampa was expected to finish toward the bottom of the NFC.
The Bucs found a way to win the NFC South and followed that up with an upset win over the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card Round.
Baker Mayfield, who is a former first-overall pick, has had one of the best years of his career. Similar to Goff, he has not turned the ball over and has let his playmakers do a lot of the work.
Evans and Godwin have combined for 2,279 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Running back Rachaad White enjoyed the best season of his career, dashing for 990 yards and six touchdowns.
The Bucs' defense is the strength of this team, but they will be tested by facing one of the best offenses in football.
Let’s jump into my prop winners.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions Prop Picks
Evans' usage is as high as any skill position player on the Bucs.
Evans leads the team in receptions, targets, and yards.
Mayfield will rely on him heavily in this game, and facing a bad secondary in a negative game script, this play makes too much sense.
LaPorta has been great this entire season and I expect him to continue making an impact for the Lions offense.
