Kansas City Chiefs vs. Baltimore Ravens Prediction

This will be the first time Baltimore has hosted an AFC Championship game since 1971.

The Ravens rolled past the Houston Texans a week ago.

The game started out close as it was tied 10-10 at the half, but in the second half, it was all Ravens.

The Baltimore defense was outstanding as they completely shut down Houston, not allowing a single point in the second half.

Their defense is the strength of their team, as they rank first in points allowed per game (16.1).

Offensively, the Ravens have been led by Lamar Jackson, who will win his second MVP award.

Few players in football are more dynamic than Jackson, who leads the team in passing and rushing.

Baltimore will return the favorite target of Jackson tight end Mark Andrew.

Despite playing in 10 games, the former Oklahoma standout leads the Ravens in receiving touchdowns (6).

Rookie Zay Flowers leads the team in receiving yards (858).

Veteran running back Gus Edwards rushed for 13 touchdowns during the regular season, which ranked fifth in football.

Kansas City will be playing in their sixth straight AFC Championship game.

Patrick Mahomes has a 3-2 record in AFC Championship games, and this will be the first time he plays one on the road.

Kansas City blew out the Miami Dolphins in the first round and followed that up with a tightly contested win over the Buffalo Bills.

Similar to the Ravens, the Chiefs have an outstanding defense, which ranked second in points allowed per game (17.1).

Kansas City did not have as good of a season offensively as we are used to seeing, but they looked great last week vs. the Bills.

Rookie Rashee Rice has been the star of the playoffs, racking up 177 yards and one touchdown.

Travis Kelce had one of his best games last week vs. the Bills, hauling in a pair of touchdowns.

Running back Isiah Pacheco will play a big factor today as he rushed for a team-best 935 yards during the regular season.

Luckily, I found a prop lock for us today that may cash in the first half.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Baltimore Ravens Pick

Likely has become a star of this offense since Andrews was injured.

The reason that this line is so low today is due to the return of Andrews.

I believe this line is an overreaction and that Likely will still receive high usage today.

Andrews will not be one hundred percent, so his snaps will still be limited.

Likely has cleared this number in seven consecutive games.
